Frequently Asked Questions

What is Al Hikmah Academy?

Al Hikmah Academy is an educational initiative that revives classical Islamic books by rephrasing, translating, and adapting them into eBooks, audiobooks, podcasts, and children’s media.

Our unique focus is on resurrecting abandoned classical texts and transforming them into a full suite of modern media formats—E-books, Audio Books, podcasts, and cartoons—to cater to diverse learning styles and age groups.
Books are selected based on scholarly consensus regarding their authenticity, historical significance, and enduring educational value. We prioritize texts that are currently out of circulation or only available in archaic language.
Yes. Every stage of rephrasing and translation is overseen and verified by a board of qualified Islamic scholars to ensure accuracy and adherence to authentic Islamic teachings.

We operate as a non-profit organization. Our funding is reinvested directly into the research, translation, and production of new educational materials.

Al Hikmah Academy’s sole purpose is to connect the Muslim youth back to their deen. We are a 100% not-for-profit organisation that solely relies on donations and volunteering.

While our content is created with the global Muslim youth as our primary audience, Al Hikmah’s resources are designed to be accessible to learners of all ages and backgrounds.

You can support us by donating, volunteering your time (if you have relevant skills like translation or animation), or simply by sharing our resources with your network.
